Beyond academics, Brilliant University provides comprehensive services to ensure every student has the support they need.
Submit the Admission Form — Applicants complete and submit the official admission form within the application period. Duration: about 1 month
Late Registration Period — Applicants who miss the regular deadline may apply during the late registration period. Duration: about 1 week
Application Review — The university reviews submitted forms and supporting documents. Duration: approximately 1–2 weeks
First-Step Admission Result Notification — Successful applicants receive an email notification. Some applicants may be required to take an English Proficiency Test or attend an interview.
Issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) — Applicants who meet all requirements receive an official Letter of Acceptance.
Admission Fee Deposit — Applicants confirm their place by depositing the required admission fees.
Submit Confirmation Form & Course Selection — Students submit the confirmation form and select the course they wish to pursue to officially accept the offer.
Orientation Program — New students attend orientation to learn about the program, rules, and academic life.
Start of Classes — The academic program officially begins.
Brilliant University runs three intakes per year, giving you flexibility to start when it suits you.
Brilliant University offers scholarships to support learners facing crisis-related barriers to education, including:
• Full support for CDM (Civil Disobedience Movement) participants
• Support for displaced and internally displaced students
• Merit-based international scholarship pathways (27 students placed to date)
Brilliant University recognizes prior academic study. Students may apply for credit transfer toward a BU qualification, subject to:
• Course content substantially equivalent to a BU course
• Minimum grade equivalent to C– (60%) or higher
• Completed at a recognized institution with an official transcript
Completed within the last 5 years (or confirmed still relevant by Academic Affairs)
