Brilliant Educational Institute (BEI) and NwayOo Revolutionary High School (NORHS) are pleased to announce that both institutions have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in promoting educational development and expanding academic opportunities for students.

Through this partnership, BEI and NORHS will cooperate in the following key areas:

Conducting and assessing English language proficiency examinations

Implementing English language development programs (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)

Providing professional training for teachers in English teaching methodologies and assessment

Organizing English workshops, competitions, and enrichment activities for student development

Conducting basic research in English education and promoting project-based learning

Collaborating in technology-based and research-related initiatives

Guiding and supporting students who have completed upper secondary education to continue into higher education, including access to BEI’s Diploma and Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) Programs

This partnership aims to create a strong academic pathway for students, ensuring smooth progression from secondary education to higher education while enhancing their English proficiency, research skills, and career readiness.

In accordance with the resolution passed at the 15th Meeting of the BEI University Council on January 11, 2026, BEI and NORHS are now officially recognized as partner educational institutions. 🎉 BEI Officially Launches British Council EnglishScore Testing for Students! 🎉

Brilliant Educational Institute (BEI) is proud to collaborate with British Council EnglishScore to provide students with access to a globally recognized English proficiency test.

Through this collaboration, BEI students can take the EnglishScore Core Skills and Writing tests via the BEI Language Testing Center and receive official, verifiable digital certificates.

🎉 We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Interim Council of the University of Mandalay! 🎉

It is an honor to provide a valuable opportunity for English language learners in response to the accelerated international development and increasing global competition. Officially, the Liberal Arts Department at BEI has partnered with the English Department of the University of Mandalay Interim Council.

In addition to Certificate courses, learners of English can now enroll in Bachelor's and Diploma-level programs, which are instructed by experienced professors and lecturers through BEI, as a result of this partnership. These programs follow to internationally recognized curricula and are credit-based, which means that learners will receive official credits confirming to their progress. These credits will be beneficial for job applications and additional educational opportunities.

We are sincerely honored and proud to be able to fulfill the mission that BEI has consistently stated since BEI inception: "BEI aims to serve as a medium that helps students connect their real-life situations to their future dreams."

In the same way that we have effectively established this collaboration with a local university, we are currently in the process of negotiating similar agreements (MOU/MOA) with international universities. May 16, 2025 မြန်မာစံတော်ချိန် ည 8 နာရီခွဲအချိန်တွင် People's Radio Myanmar နှင့် BEI တို့ အတူလက်တွဲလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်ဦးတည်ချက်ဖြင့် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးမှုတစ်ရပ်ကိုအောင်မြင်စွာနဲ့ ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ 

People's Radio Myanmar ဟာဆိုရင် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးအစဖြစ်သည့် 2021 ခုနှစ်မှစတင်၍ ပြည်သူများထံ တိကျမှန်ကန်သောသတင်းများနှင့် ဗဟုသုတအထွေထွေကိုမျှဝေပေးနေတဲ့ online radio platform တစ်ခုပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

ယခုလိုမျိုး ကဏ္ဍမျိုးစုံကအချက်အလက်များစွာကို ပြည်သူအများထံဆိုက်ဆိုက်မြိုက်မြိုက်ဖြန့်ဝေပေးနေတဲ့ PRM နှင့် BEI တို့အတူလက်တွဲ၍ အပတ်စဥ်သင်ခန်းစာပို့ချက်များအပြင် အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတများကို လေ့လာသူများအနေဖြင့် social media platform များမှတစ်ဆင့်အလွယ်တကူလေ့လာနိုင်အောင်လို့ မျှဝေပေးနိုင်ရန် MOA ရေးထိုးဖို့ သဘောတူညီချက်ရရှိခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
