Applications are now open at Brilliant Educational Institute (BEI) for students who wish to begin their academic journey in the 2026–2027 academic year, starting from Sunday, 28 December 2025. For the 2026–2027 academic year, BEI will offer the following internationally oriented programs: 

🎓 Associate Degree in English Language Teaching (ELT)

🎓 Associate Degree in English Language Studies (ELS)

🎓 Bachelor of Arts in English 

These programs are jointly offered through the collaboration of: 

- Yangon Interim University Council

- Mandalay Interim University Council

- Brilliant Educational Institute (BEI)
