As we are a group of educators, we focus on giving training and networking for higher education and career development. We started as an English proficiency class, but now, we are going to provide more classes. We plan to open classes for the following courses:
1. Liberal Arts Department (Burmese, English, EFL/ESL teacher training, and Japanese)
2. ICT Department (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, Python, and Java)
3. Research and Development
4. Department of Social Science.
We expect to accept over 500 students in a year through these courses in our institute. We are also connecting partner universities for credit transfer so that students can pursue higher education.

Glimpse of BEI Activities
In 2023, Brilliant Educational institute (BEI) was started as Brilliant Tomorrow Learning Center and conducted various kinds of classes stated as above. The primary purpose of BEI is to provide a medium for fulfilling the dreams of youth. As our slogan, “No Limit, just learning”, we want to provide educational assistance anywhere and anytime to shape their future. Moreover, it provided assistance to scholarship applicants and achieved 22 awardees from UOPeople scholarship, EMPM scholarship and USAID scholarships. Now, this learning center is transformed into Brilliant Educational institute (BEI) and expands its activities from English language school to Language school, IT training and University preparation program. Furthermore, it also conducts research activities for further development for programs and youths. Currently, we connected with on-ground community based schools and gave training to youths in different parts of Myanmar through an online learning platform.
